Self-explanatory - I called for customer support for my streaming service and needed to hook it up to a new service that we have and I asked for a live agent. They put me on a three minute wait then the phone picked up.
I said hello.
No one said anything and they hung up on me rude son. I still dont have 100 minimum character so Im just gonna say BSBSBSBSBSBSBSBSBSBSSBS but until I get to 100.

my Samsung TV keeps freezing and crashing when I try to stream Paramount Plus. I called Paramount tech support, who said it is a known issue with Samsung and Vizio TVs.
These are both very large brands. Paramount Plus is 'working on the issue.' Put the monkeys who wrote the app back in their cages and take away their bananas.

The 1st customer service representative was absolutely horrible and made very little attempt to clear up the issue
I called back and was very pleasantly surprised with a most professional and helpful young lady that took care of my concerns in mere minutes
I'd definitely recommend Paramount + for the programming and sports , it's unbeatable!!

I didn't put in the code from Sheer ID for the 50% off for veterans. Once you do that, you are screwed.
No help from Paramount, and Sheer ID says it is Paramount's problem. So all veterans, stay away from businesses that just pretend to support veterans.
Just like we are used to. Get shot up and disabled, go screw yourself.

its very simple i changed internet company provider and now the app doesnt work. When you click on the app it will say something like paramount isnot in this region, when your on roku. When your on fire stick it says We are experiencing technical difficulties please check again later i been messing with this every few days for 2 months and i have called every phone number on the internet cant even contact alive breathing person i even up graded and paid for another year works fine on my cell as long as my internet is off and im on cellular not wy fi
