Paramount Plus Customer Service Reviews
Overall several months, Paramount advertised access to NFL live games. We were not able to access. We were not able locate Customer Service contact information or access content advertised by Paramount.
It would be nice to place a Customer Service phone call and have someone actually answer our new subscription has been mediocre at best with multiple buffeting episodes
No one answers or the phone goes dead. I actually had 1 agent a couple of days ago try to help .
He was very nice but nothing helped. It's unfortunate that he tried and was disappointed that he couldn't fix the problem.
He turned the case over to an advanced technical team. No one called just texted No luck there either.
My email was being used by someone else to have a Paramount+ account however I was not paying for it until I tried to open this account when I started this account. It came up with a woman's name Tammy Pierce my name is not Tammy Pierce.
it is Captain Jeffrey Hoffberger. I hope we have resolved this issue and this person cannot use Paramount+ nor my email address again.

Being double billed
The person was very rude and combative. Did not want to listed to my questions. She wanted to stay on script and talk rude to me. She placed me on hold after I seed not be. It's not worth staying with paramount with this kind of service.
I enrolled in Paramount plus yearly plan with a military 50% discount code given by SheerID. At the end of the trial period I was billed at full price instead of 50 %.
I went into my account and saw that the billing period was for 1 year. I assumed that the code was not usws . So I tried to re enter it. When I did that, the system told me that that code was no longer valid. I called Paramount plus spoke to some one who said his name was T. That call was disconnected. I called back and spoke with Fancy. She said that the military code was put in after the billing and therefore dies not take effect until after the billing period is over at the end of the year and there is nothing she can do. She cited the welcome letter never promised a discount. I feel that this is unfair that this is the way Paramount plus gets people to subscribe.

Zero customer care ( however that’s pretty much standard these days. ) the wait was long . I gave up after 12 minutes. The streaming service itself is subpar. It’s the slowest loading of the 4 platforms I have. It may not be worth keeping anyway.
