My daughter and her boyfriend already had a Ad filled subscription ($7.95). I subscribed to a Ad free plan with a different email address. I was unable to log into my own subscription to watch a TV series I wanted to see. I got so frustrated I simply cancelled my subscription. I'll watch Netflix and/or Disney + instead.
