I can't watch paramount plus on my TV, I can on smart phone, when I log in to paramount plus on TV I am getting error it says:an error has occurred, but we're working on fixing it,we'll be up and running again shortly! This is happening every time I try paramount plus on TV,no problem on smart phone.is very hard to contact paramount no phone number just a confused messaging .

I have had Paramount for less than a year. A notice came on the screen when I tried to use it and said it needed to download software, then it said I have no WiFi.

I have Hulu, Disney, and Amazon Prime. My WiFi is fine; I talked to tech support, and they didn't know what was wrong either.

Its simple cant view paramount on my TV screen ! The picture and video included shows what I get no matter which program I choose!

Is there something that can be done!
