Cancel service
I didn't get to talk to anyone I was just going to take a break from your service since life is busy right now. But you have given me so much trouble I'm never coming back. I cancled service last month and you have still tried to bill me several times it seems I will have to get a new debit card to stop this I will warn everyone dangerous app don't get can't cancel they will say cancled successful then change you anyway such bad business I will be reporting

Yes, I am still waiting for a refund for my 5 charges. I was charged and won't be using this streaming service anymore because we always have problems with it. This is not the first time we have had this issue, and with so many other platforms to stream, we will just use another one.

I am built twice a month and my Paramount subscription money is coming from two different accounts. I should only have one account.
I don’t need two accounts and one account needs to be deleted but never happened.
They are both the same account guidelines Paramount+. If you can resolve this issue, it would be most thankful.
First of all, it took three or four codes to get the number to have somebody call me codes were sent to my Gmail then I transferred those over to the Paramount number squares where you pushed 12 or three this process is taking good 5 to 10 minutes when the agent get us on the phone I explained to them I have two existing accounts and he says well you you probably did it yourself and then hung up the phone very disappointed

User's recommendation: Too many steps to try to get a live person for a direct line absolutely ridiculous that it took 15 minutes to be able to access a live person no what happened was they before you could get the live person you had to get a code and then after you got a code, you had to go to another thing because if you wanted something for billing, then you had to go back to your email and get a new code and then after the new code then you yeah it was like a five step thing. I have like five codes to go there and if it was a bill question for a monthly then will send you another code to go over here and then finally the live guy gets on and I said listen. I have the tune. He goes well you have two of them Michael and I know he said I said, but he said obviously you made another one I go. I wanna cancel that and next and I said I’ll give you the number and next thing he hangs up on me.
Issues with the snail pace for this service
Very slow when watching shows or movies on Paramount+ through Xfinity in Houston, TX. Can you suggest anything I can do to improve?
I was watching a movie, and when I resumed, I got an error message: 'An error occurred and we are working on fixing it.' I cannot load Novocaine after repeated attempts. I shut down and restarted the TV and Xfinity cable box and still have an error message.

- Very slow to load and sometimes will not load movies or shows

My son purchased a free trial on my device, and Paramount charged for the entire amount for a month. I immediately canceled and then called Paramount, and they continued to blame Apple.
The email is not my account email, and their customer service is horrific. They kept saying they could not see anything but the subscription and that it was canceled right away, and I'm like, you need to cancel the entire transaction, and they refused and blamed Apple.
But this company should be able to simply say we made an error and we will correct it for you and sorry for the inconvenience, but that was not what happened. I was transferred to a supervisor who was equally as unhelpful as the normal representative.

User's recommendation: Don’t trust the free trial on the app~ they will charge in full and then blame Apple but Apple will only charge if the product was purchased. The way I found out is I canceled right away so it would not go past a free trial period. And that’s when I realize that they charged me my son for an entire month on my account which is totally different

All of a sudden the app just quit working. It plays ads and when it hits 8 seconds it freezes and I get an error message.
I tried all the troubleshooting recommendations but nothing works.
The biggest disappointment is when I tried to contact support and couldn't reach anyone. I have canceled my subscription
