The lady on the phone was nice but her instructions on how to clear cache on my Roku TV weren't detailed enough to solve my problem. She did escalate the complaint which amounted to an email with more explicit instructions. They worked, and the Paramount app loaded and worked.

You just charged me $132 for Paramount Plus. I wanted the $7.99 plan.
I would have settled for around $12 or $14.99, but there's no way I would ever spend my bill money on cable. That is my debt consolidation money. They are going to deduct it on Monday! Now, I am short.
Please fix this right now.

I recently renewed my subscription and have been unable to watch my favorite shows. The screen goes to black after it identifies itself, saying this is CBS.
I contacted Paramount, and they had me go through all sorts of things to do, like signing out, signing back in, and to no avail. Still, the site has got issues that are unresolved.

I'm trying to do chats, and they say it times out while I'm waiting for the representative to respond to me. I called, but the issue could not be fixed.

I'm having way too much trouble with this site. I want my money returned to my debit card immediately.
It was not stated or shown anywhere that my bill would be so high. I was only prepared for between $7.99 and $14.99.
Preferred solution: I want Paramount Plus IF I can pay under $15. I had see $7.99 and I think $9.99.

I called them and they said they didn't know what was wrong but I had to give them up to 48 hours to try to fix it. In the meantime, I have to keep paying for a black screen in the bedroom!

When I signed up through YouTube, Paramount created its own subscription. When I cancelled through YouTube, Paramount never cancelled my subscription.
They have charged me over $60 for a service I didn't have access to because I didn't have a username and password, as I didn't create an account through Paramount. This is a scam!

Just seem to be getting automated emails that aren’t understanding my requests. They keep wanting personal information and asking for account numbers.
I did not make the purchase. I do not have an active account and I want my money back.
I received a response but they want my account info and I don’t have an account with them. That’s why I’m disputing being charged.
I've recently been charged by Paramount+ for an unknown account. I don't have an active account with Paramount right now and I've already filed a dispute with my bank and reported it as fraud.
I did not make this purchase and I want my money back. The charge was made on November 4, 2024, at 1:07 am for $13.90.
Please help me get to the bottom of this so that I am no longer charged. Thank you.
